MS&T20; - presentations available on open access!

The ACerS 122nd Annual Meeting with Materials Science & Technology 2020 was organised online from 2nd to 6th November 2020. During this event, the first ACerS-ECerS joint symposium “Emerging Ceramic Technologies; Challenges and Future Prospects” took place.

The symposium addressed the wide-ranging topics of ceramic technologies critically needed for sustainable societal developments, all which were presented by world-class eminent scientists and researchers.

Every talk started with a general, intelligible introduction on each topic, and led viewers to its state-of-the-art science and technology.

During this symposium, the first ECerS-ACerS joint award was also given to Prof. Anne Leriche from France who is currently ECerS Treasurer and was President of ECerS from 2013 to 2015 and President of the JECS Trust from 2015 to 2017.

As a result of our Memorandum of Understanding with ACerS, ECerS members are able to watch the joint symposium presentations by following this link: https://ceramics.org/event/acers-122nd-annual-meeting-with-materials-science-technology-2020  or directly on the ACerS YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhDItCjaMatltmBaodO1TKuzriaQkoM_l.
