ACerS is offering travelling grants of 1.500 $ to attend the 2025 FIRE-ECerS Summer School in Dresden!

The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation (CGIF) of the American Ceramic Society (ACerS) launched a call to allow 15 grants for undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students based in non-European universities.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be members of The American Ceramic Society, Material Advantage, Keramos, or the Global Graduate Researcher Network.

Students wishing to apply for financial assistance are strongly encouraged to first secure support from their home institutions for the experience. To determine support eligibility, students must submit a completed application.

Applications for 2025 are now open and will close on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

The deadline to register for the conference is Thursday, May 15, 2025. Students will be notified of their application status on or before Thursday, May 1, 2025.
