Cancellation Policy Conference
1 - If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, she/he may contact the conference organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
2 - If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer her/his place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
3 - In case the Electroceramics XVII conference has to be cancelled, the registered participants will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fee (a processing fee of 20,00€ applies).
Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.
