Cancellation Policy

1. If a registrant is unable to attend the Workshop and/or MasterClass for any reason, he/she may contact the school organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
2. If a registrant is unable to attend the Workshop and/or MasterClass for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:       

• Cancellations before 31st July will be fully refunded. 
• Registrations cancelled before October 15th 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled after October 15th 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.     

Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.

Please note that the Terms and Conditions are applied for the Workshop as well as the MasterClass.
