- Wide range of test equipment for particle characterization: laser granulometer, analytical photo-centrifuge, ultrasonic spectrometer, dynamic light scattering measuring device, particle charge detector.
- Tape casting machines and ceramic multilayer pilot production line with punch, hot knife unit, via-filler, screen printer and isostatic laminating press.
- LTCC-sintering press, hydrogen furnace with gas moistening, gas pressure sintering furnace.
- Test facilities for permittivity up to 1 GHz and 130 °C, dielectric breakdown strength, volume and surface resistivity up to 1000 °C
